sewage water & noise From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/29/2006 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2006   I never recommend to live in the ground floor. The hallway reeks often. It happend the sewage water ran over from drain outlet almost every two to three times a year, and it flooded both bed rooms and kitchen.
