Security guards asleep at night, not patrolling all of the time. They WILL take more of your security deposit than should be taken. Whole office thinks they run the world - cocky, huge attitudes, rude, not interested in helping out swiftly. Management does not care about the individual as well. NO parking for visitors. Run-down apartment complex. Loud on Overland. The water comes out brown!! I heard someone was robbed at gunpoint and someone had their apartment broken into (the second confirmed by mgmt, and all they said was that the person should have had the door locked on both bolts v. 1). k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S

The apartment mentioned above that was "broken into" was a tenant who illegally subleased their apartment to friends (not on the lease) who failed to properly lock his front door.

Around Christmas time last year, at least three cars were broken into. The parking garage is supposedly "secure" and the complex supposedly has 24-hour security. At least three cars. Gated complex. 24-hour security?
