I was a resident at Woodcliff apartments recently. The apartment is overpriced. There's a lady called Daniel who runs the whole show at Woodcliff is the worst female i have seen in my life, her attitude is SHOCKING, HORRIBLE AND DISGUSTING.
Except Daniel , all management there is very good and helpful but they cant do anything, Whatever others promise , she refutes. I am not sure whether this is deliberate. Whatever , was promised to me by Tracey was later said by Daniel that she did not say that. i realized that only after I had paid $300 as initial advance. I could not even walk out of that.She even told me straight on my face that i was lying. I have never been treated like this in my life. when I told her what was promised to me she told me to leave that place and go stay somewhere else and yelled" we dont want angry neighbours" , I couldnt do much at that time except to go in for the apartment.

Interiors in the apartment are okay. There were cockroaches all around in the apartment , even after getting it treated , they still used to reoccur.

I will never ever recommend this apartment to anyone else , and my advice to you all is not to go in for this apartment. there are a lot of other good apartments nearby.

When I lived at Woodliff four years ago, there was a French lady called Danielle, is this the same person? She seemed OK when I was there. Most of the people in the rental office are rotten to the core, and it has been like this for YEARS. When I was there, there was a lady who LEFT her husband and two children and moved in with a man who worked with her at the Office. Her husband was the nicest guy you could imagine. She moved in with a complete slimeball who couldn't keep his eyes off the female residents when they were at the swimming pool. And what about the guy who was completely incompetent and could barely understand a word anybody said. Notice how I am not revealing any names here.

Ya thats her! I COULD NOT AGREE WITH YOU MORE!! That lady Danielle is a COMPLETE MORON! I told her that we may be having a guest visiting for a few months and if I needed to fill out any paperwork etc. I was just trying to be courteous and notify them. She told me it was a violation of occupancy and that we would be evicted! Come to find out we were at the swimming pool one day and some of her friends that happen to be involved with the french community that she is mentioned that they lived in a similiar apartment of ours and had 3 EXTRA PEOPLE PERMANENTLY LIVING WITH THEM! They said that Danielle was a friend of theres and as the "manager she was willing to make an exception for them!". UMMMMMMMMM discrimination?????? I think it is disgusting. I wanted to have a visitor, which I could have just said nothing about and she threatened eviction, and then turned the other cheak for "her people". This place is going to end up closed due to a law suit! This woman is completely incompitant...I could go on and on. Bottom line this is illegal.
