I scheduled an appointment awhile back to se an apartment at Woodcliff. I was impressed when I first arrived. I got to the office and the women who was to show me the apartment was SO RUDE. Se didnt say much but acted as though I was really putting her out. She was to show me 2 apartments but after seeing the first one, asked to see the 2nd one. She responded, "It is the same as this one, but it is on the other side of the building and I dont feel like walking over there." I was shocked! We went back towards the leasing office and I asked to se the fitness center and what was in that building at which she just sighed and told me to go over and look for myself.
What a crazy experience. Other than the building seeming really worn out, the management made up my mind that I would never even consider it.

You made a great decision. I live here and can't wait to get out. You're right; the worst thing about this place is the management staff. Their boss (I believe her name is Diane) is the most evil witch I've ever dealt with. I think other staff members are rude like that because they're unhappy working under her management... and you're right about the place being worn out. I've experienced the rain here for the first time since I moved in. the walls smell after mold and there is a leak in the parking garage ceiling. I swear if that ceiling falls on my car, I'm going to sue them because I've already told them about the problem, which like my other notices, went ignored. It's very unhealthy to live here. Also, you really don't have privacy because the management staff want to enter your apartment every now and then for whatever lame reason they have (fixing pipes at the apartment next door, checking A/C which you don't even use because it's cold winter or summer in this dull, cold, and depressing place). In addition, they charge you for water, trash... anything they could charge you for, they won't hesitate. They'll only inform you of this right before you sign the lease. Don't forget you're also going to be charged for recycled trash on your electric bill too. This charge applied recently, so basically, you're charged for trash twice at Woodcliff. I think I rushed into moving here, which I regret but I had no other choice at the time being new in town. I can't wait to get out. You're smart. Kudos to you.

TIP!
Video tape your apt when you leave. I did as the apt was left in good condition. I still got a letter claiming $$$$ for cleaning and repair. When I replied with my tape I never heard from them again and didn't pay a penny. A bunch of theives and crooks. Better still...don't move in otherwise you'll surely regret it.
