Construction Noise in the Morning

Let's see, today I checked my clock and it was 6:57am. Heavy construction noise lasts for about half an hour and usually starts at 8:00am on weekdays & weekends. As the other reviewer said, grounds are great, apartments are okay, and staff not helpful is right on the nail. On the plus side, the apartment feels safe.
