I lived there for just a year. While it is not in the safest part of Los Angeles, the apartment was wonderfully spacious, lots of closet space, and a nice sized kitchen. I lived in a 2 bed 2 bath, so all my comment refer to that style.

Pros: I never had any probalems finding parking. The management was always nice to me. Everything was fixed quickly and well. Very nice landscaping... on site. Nicely priced, when I lived there. Huge bedrooms. As I mentioned before, LOTS of closet space. I have not lived a place with as much closet space since.

Cons: Major Cockroach problems. Despite having the kitchen sprayed twice and my roommate and I never leaving a dirty dish on the counter longer than 10 minutes, they still thrived... I'm still trying to figure out on what. While the landscaping was very nice on the complex, you take a step off, and it's the cement jungle. While this may not bother some, it bothered me, one of the reasons why I moved.

Overall: I wouldn't live there again, but not due to the management or property. My time there was not great, but it wasn't bad. And like my summary states, I'm sure it's great for some people, but it just wasn't for me. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
