I lived in this apartment complex for 27 years and raised my children. The reason that I moved was due to severe plumbing problem; feces from the city lines was backing up into all units on the ground floors creating a health hazard. Apparently the owners were unable to correct the problem. The units remain with a fowl smell at all times. They began renting to undesirables after the 1994 hearthquake. Management began forcing long time tenants out of the property in order to bring in section 8 participants; after all these changes the property became an haven to drugs trafficking, vandalism, and criminal activities that included murders. The appearance of the complex is very deceiving. The owners need to clean house and revert the property to working class people who appreciates the ammenities.

Thank you for that information. NOTHING has changed, their plumbing still backs up into the lower units, as I presently live there and am constantly running the garbage disposal so as to keep the water from coming into my unit. I have been flooded 4 times since I have lived there. They act like nothing it wrong. I think the same in that the front of their building with the rental office looks all nice but the back side is a HELL hole....there is another apartment complex next to the property and it is a waste land and looks like a prison camp! the ownership could give a rats ass about the tennants, they go out of their way to remove long time tennants just to get the higher rent. I have heard many many stories..they need to be on the news and exposed or something. They also have MICE running rampant, roaches and overall dirty grounds. They take people's money every month but nothing is done.

i REALLY appreciate this response as iam 19 and have the SLiGHTEST clue as to the "good areas" in ANY part of Cali....ugh!
