Reserve Lofts

409 West Olympic Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90015

06/09/14 by anonymous: I have been living in The Reserve lofts for over 4 years now. The location is excellent. Very walkable for downtown, and Los Angeles in general. Ralphs groceries is only 5 minute walk, and with all the new up and coming stores, and newly opened Ace hotel its the perfect location. The management is professional, courteous, and every time a need of any sort of maintenance work, or question had more

The Jeremy Apts

1920 Sawtelle Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90066

09/04/13 by I've lived in the jeremy apartments for a couple years now. I love how serene it is. This is definitely a private building, with very nice people. The parking structure is very convenient for me. The location is amazing, perfect for UCLA or SMC students. Or great for those are work on the westside. The exterior of the building is so unique and beautiful. I love the inside structure more

Marlon Manor Apts

1538 North Martel Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90028

08/28/13 by Three things: 1. Two-and-a-half years into mine and my husband's tenure at Marlon Manor, we are still very happy campers! The building is clean and friendly, the gym and pool are rarely crowded, and most importantly, it's QUIET! Home Sweet Hollywood! 2. Now, onto our apartment. Our two bedroom/two bath is perfect for a kid-free, cat-owning couple. The rooms more

Piero Apartments

616 St. Paul Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90017

07/17/14 by gregus1: So, is the Piero the worst place you could live? No. BUT, there are a number of things you need to know about this place: 1. They will lie to you about the noise between apartments. When I moved-in Geoff Marble assured me that there wasn't a problem with noise from units above and that it was very well insulated. This was a bold face lie. You will hear every single step your neighbors take. more

The Tower at Hollywood Hills (formerly Sterling)

1800 North Normandie Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90027

06/30/14 by Verified Resident: It's a wonderful apartment complex. No complaints here! Management is extremely helpful. Whenever I emailed Lacey with questions, she answered promptly (24 hours usually). The maintenance guy, Leon, is does a great job as well. He definitely keeps the apartment running in superb condition. more

505 North Figueroa Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012

05/22/14 by anonymous: The apartments are wonderful! Spacious and modern. The maintenance staff awesome! The office staff worst people I have ever dealt with! You would think they would treat their residents well, since ultimately our rent is paying their paycheck... They're rude and love to point fingers and pass blame! more

Kaitlin Court Apartments

1340 N Poinsettia Place, Los Angeles, CA 90046

05/16/14 by anonymous: Look no further! This is a great apartment community to live. My husband and I moved to Kaitlin Court several years ago, and to us this feels like home. Centrally located in Hollywood, you're minutes away from everything you could want. Delicious eateries are abundant on Sunset (check out Chibiscus and Takara Ramen) and you're right across the street from Ralph's. We love more

Palazzo at Westwood Village

1060 Glendon Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90024

07/12/14 by This place is incredibly expensive and yet they are completely incompetent at handling a constant problem with their fire alarms. Their fire alarms go off daily and they hide behind LA city laws and don't try to fix the problem. These fire alarms are so loud they hurt your ear drums and yet the complex considers it acceptable for them to go off constantly. Do not move here. more

Pacific Place Apartments

5211 Pacific Concourse Drive, Los Angeles, CA 90045

06/24/14 by anonymous: This place is beautiful, but the staff is extremely unprofessional and arrogant. My husband and I used to live there for 2 years and moved out about a year ago. I ordered a package on amazon and had it accidentally deliver to my old address so I called their office about this issue. I was very polite, because I do understand that it is my mistake and asked very nicely if there is a way they can more

Hillcrest Apartments

1420 Ambassador St, Los Angeles, CA 90035

09/17/13 by anonymous: The management here at Oakwood Apartments in Big Rapids, Michigan is absolutely terrible. Their communication efforts are sub par, and the give you Eviction Notices ONE day before they move you out. Doesn't that seem like FANTASTIC communication? (sarcasm). They also changed the locks on the apartments without contacting any of the residents. Yeah, that's a good idea too. I more
