 I would recommend this apartment complex. It is quiet and well maintained. The manager is friendly and available. It is located in the better part of town.

 apartments are ancient and falling apart. Management does not take any request for repair seriously. They don't give deposit back in a timely manner. I have been waiting 67 days and counting!
