This place is truely a joke, Aventino AND ALL THEIR FALSE PROMISES...UNFORTUNATELY,I live here and WOULD RATHER CUT ALL MY FINGERS AND TOES OFF THEN DEAL WITH THE RIDICULOUSLY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL,UNACCOMMODATING PEOPLE THEY CALL "OFFICE MANAGMENT"... I BELIEVE PROMETHEUS WOULD BE MORTIFIED IF THEY REALLY KNEW HOW THIS PROPERTY WAS BEING RUN AND HOW THEIR OVER CHARGED TENANTS WHERE BEING TREATED. (more detail to come)

Hi, We are planning to move to the bay area and were seriously considering Aventino as it seemed like the only well maintained, family oriented communities in the Los Gatos area. Your review is scaring me. What problems are you having with the property management.

I have been living here for more than 1 year. And never had any problems with the office. This is a great community to live. So maybe you should cut your fingers and stick them up your **s.
