They claim to be very safe community. My car has been broken into in the gated underground garage and when I went to report it to the manager, she absolutely did not care. They have 2 cameras that maybe cover 20% of the whole garage area.
Things do get broken into, bikes do get stolen.
There is only one small area in the back of the community where townhouse looking apartments are where you can take your dog to go potty. Therefore you are not allowed to use any other grass areas.
Air-conditioners are extremely loud and are located right outside your bedroom window.
I do not recommend for you to rent here. They are not as pleasant as they first seem to be.
