Noise level sucks

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
Everyone else says wonderful things about this apartment but the noise level between walls is terrible. Whenever my neighbor moves, goes to the bathroom, showers, plays video games, turns on the radio, TV, etc. I can hear all the activity. To make it worse, the neighbor on the other side snores and has a dog and I can hear all of it.
I praise everything else about this complex, but noise is a quality of living issue and as Billy Joel said "I'm moving out."
