I lived in this complex for almost seven years and would highly recommend it. I just moved out after finally buying a home.

The complex is clean, safe and family oriented. There is a nice well maintained spacious courtyard lawn that all the apartments look into. It gives kids a safe place to play.

One of the best features of the complex is the management. The manager is a friendly guy who takes care of most problems on the day you call them in or the next day.

There are two laundry rooms (with 3 washers and 3 dryers each) that are kept clean and tidy. I had very little trouble getting a washer or dryer when I wanted one.

There is a great bike trail that runs along the Los Gatos Creek that is just a five minute walk from the apartment complex.

Everyone gets one covered parking spot and there are lots of uncovered spots for guest parking.

Again I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone.
