I lived here for two years while I commuted to UCSC. The apartment is right off the freeway so it is very convenient for commuting. The owners are very enthusiastic, nice, efficient and quick to respond to any complaints I had about anything. The manager and assistant managers were so patient with me during all my lockouts (4 I believe). The community is very pet friendly and the residents are very nice. Some have been here 17 years! Street parking is convenient. We are also located next to Vasona Lake and the hiking trail is a couple of minutes away and it is an absolutely beautiful walk at sunset.
