My wife and I spent nearly 7 years at the La Mar apartments and loved it. We only left because our family was starting to outgrow the space we were in. The management was very responsive to our needs and the other tenants were generally friendly and courteous. The landscaping was always well maintained and parking was great until the community center across the street expanded. The freeway is only 2 lights away from the complex which made our commutes quick and easy. The los gatos creek trail is a block away, Trader Joes is less than a mile away, and several good places to eat are within 2 miles. It really was a great place to live and if we didn't need more room we would have stayed even longer.
