Management kept $700 of my $1000 deposit even though they were renovating all the apartments, (new carpets, new paint, new appliance,etc)they still managed to charge me $175.00 for cleaning (before construction begins') They charged all painting costs to me (over $300) even thought I lived there only 1 year. Constant turnover of tentants since new management took over; contact Project Sentinel for number of rent increase complaints.
