Great location but the rest is questionable...

I love the location. You definitely pay for it. On the other hand, the hot water takes five minutes to reach your tap, if your neighbors smoke your apartment will have smoke too, you will hear your neighbor's TV, and the former manager (who was great) has been replaced by a manager who views this as her retirement (doesn't respond to much). Some of your neighbors will be immature and throw pool parties regularly tying up the pool area for themselves. And I wish they would invest in toilets you don't have to flush six times. The temperature swings are aweful, and the portable air conditioners can hardly keep the apartments below 85.

The manager is good for nothing, she doesn't respond at all. This place is stinks, so is she.Don't rent here.
