Great Place to Live, never had a problem with Pertria, they take great care of the property From: marshalltucker311 Date posted: 5/30/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   Lived here one year now, and love the location, parking, and peace and quiet. Rates are reasonable and the management of Pertria has always been responsive and attentive to my requests. I will be moving out of the area shortly, but would recommend this complex and Pertria.
