This place sucks. Constant water and plumbing problems. Noisy apartments with plenty of highway noise and skateboard kids in the parking lot. Laundry machines constantly break and clothes come out of driers wet. Parking is overcrowded and surrounding streets fill too.
Do not live here.

I disagree, I live here too. I think this is the only place that I've lived at that doesn't have a parking problem. The occassional plumbing repairs are normal for apartments and they never interfere with me since Im not home during the day. And, I never really hear anyone around me..its pretty quiet here!!!I guess Im responding to this ad cuz I was browsing and got a little on the defensive of a place I love to live at. So sorry if you didnt like it here, better luck to you at your new place, maybe u should choose a senior community...

It's pretty obvious that the positive response was from the management company. No tenant would write that and during my time there most of my neighbors felt the same way if not worse. No young adult needs a senior community to find a nice place to live with great amenities, working utilities, peace and quiet, and a caring management company. I now pay much less and get much more in a great neighborhood and I am much happier coming home without the constant drama of RT.

When I moved in I was told they fixed the plumbing problem but still the water gets turned off once a month. That is NOT "normal occassional plumbing repairs" I've never experienced water shut downs in any other apartment complex I've lived in. In addition there is dog piss on the stairwell and dog crap all over the sidewalks
