Don't Rent at Bay Tree

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
Management does not respond to complaints
Removed on sight washers and dryers
Plumbing is always backed up
Toilets over flow
Rent way to high for the area
Live at your own risk....lead and asbestos present
No manager on site
No parking for guest
24 hours notices to move out of your parking area for a week with no place to park
Water being turned off for repairs regularly
Notices left on door remove everything off you patio for a month for repairs ---no place to put
your things and move at your own cost
This is the worst complex I have ever lived in---the city of Los Gatos should not have complexes like this
within their city limits.
