Former and current tenants of Lyon Management Group (http://www.lyonapartments.com ) in The South Bay residing in North Park, Mountain View: Maplewood, Mountain View: Siena, Cupertino: Kimberly Woods, San Jose: The Commons, Campbell: Shadow Creek, Campbell: Pebble Creek, Campbell or BayTree, Los Gatos please join the civil/criminal lawsuit/mediation we are bringing against Lyon Management Group INC. for fraudulent utility billing (NWP) and unfair/illegal business practices. You may be entitled to reimbursement of excessive cleaning fees, partial return of your deposit or damages due to illegal/incorrect wording in your signed lease.
