i have been a madera villa tenant for a few years now......it was a nice average place when i moved in. but its sad how a few years and four new managers can change it. which to mention the staff is not the friendiest nor helpful...... I never feel safe while walking outside at night..... ...there should be a security guard at all times instead of one that drives through the complex about two times a night........and when i say drive through........ i mean drive through......the managers are always in a bad mood and they never take the time to say hello when you walk right past them.....this isn't fair to us....they never want to hear your problems.......the maintance man always complains when he has to do something for one of the units........there are constant strangers walking around in our "gated community" we have......which explains why car stereos are always coming up missing.........madera villa is for young kids that like to party, people that don't care for their safety, don't mind finding ten minutes to look for a parking spot, don't need a friendly helpful staff........but for me moving was the best thing i could have done for myself.......so chose carefully
