This is the oldest large complex in Manteca, though still modern (3-prong outlets, etc.). We own and operate this complex, and we live in Apt. #1 so we are here for you 24-hours a day. We seek out and cater to people with pets (must be at least a year old, fixed, housebroken, and not be a pit bull or rottweiler, no extra deposit or fee), and most of our tenants have pets. We have a large lawn area set aside for walking dogs, and we have it picked up daily. We do not charge for applications or credit checks. We allow additional lines for internet, and installation of satellite dishes. Appliances are new or newer, large unheated pool is open in the summer, in addition to the one assigned parking space we have another 12 to 15 we assign as needed. Since we live here, we appreciate, and insist on peace and quiet - if anybody is bothering you, they have to go. We charge market rates for new rentals but are slow on increases, and have some 2-bedroom units still in the $500s and ones in the high $400s. Our phone is 209/823-4817.
