I lived at Fairway Estates for a little over a year. I left due to a job transfer. The staff is nice, although I can say that we really miss a staff member that left us this January. For the most part it is a quiet community and I never personally had any problems with neighbors or noise. It is situated across the street from the Manteca Police Station, which put my mind at ease. It is an older community, but with that age there are alot of upgrades and it helps that the grounds look nice and the staff is accomodating.
