I have lived at Fairway Estates for over six years. The complex area in which I live is adjacent to the swimming pool. However, I hardly hear anyone when they are in the pool and I know that there are a lot of kids who use the pool. Additionally, I have absolutely no complaints about the neighbors that live around me, they are really nice and quiet and cause me no discomfort or trouble.

There have been many management staff changes in the time I have lived here. I rate the current staff as the best of the lot! The Fairway Estates Maintenance people are great and always helpful. I'd recommend Fairway Estates to anyone who'd ask
