I have kids and have been quite happy living here for years. Love the neighborhood, and my neighbors. I love the property, it's extremely peaceful the vast majority of the time. There are other parents here that are just fine with the rules as I am. Love the management and maintenance who I feel are doing a great job in taking care of this older property. Every once in a while there s an occasional incident in hearing your neighbors but that is apartment living; other times, management has always responded promptly which should be expected. They don t just sit there and ignore community concerns, thus, keeping this place NICE. I for one just want to say that management really does care about everyone s needs and safety here, in addition to keeping it very nice looking. As for any neighbor who s upset about outdoor play, I must agree that the unattended playing in the dumpsters, carports, and by our vehicles that a few neighbors noticed on one particular Sunday should have been taken care of. I would suggest this property to any family looking for an apartment because it IS a nice community. Maybe it s not a perfect fit for everyone. But it is for some. Come and see for yourself.
