Management Not Professional

The manager was unpleasant to work with when applying to rent at this apartment complex. She asked for a double deposit when it wasn't required!! There is already a class action law suit against the owners of Laurel Glen Apartments for Security Deposits.
It came down to me asking to speak to her boss(the regional manager), she said she didn't have the number and I could look it up on line (at JCM Partners).
She would not cooperate and hung up on me. Very poor service and very unprofessional!!!
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX if JCM Partner's keep this manager around.
