If you are looking for a pretty place to live, then look no further. But looks are deceiving. The married managers are both rude and treat people as if they are nothing. They are not friendly with children and do not allow people to walk across the grass. They even charge you if your child picks a flower. I know that there have been numerous complaints against them, but JCM Partners the management company refuses to do anything about it, leaving these people to run their business in a very poor manner. I really do not understand why they would want people like this representing their company. Please keep in mind that this property is beautiful and well kept, until you get to the inside. They are overtaken by ants, mold and poor maintenance. I have personally been a witness to how management treats people differently based on nationality, social status, etc. It's truly disgusting. It would not be fair of me not to warn people about this place. High deposits and good luck getting it back, even if you use the vendors that they use and provide receipts! I have nothing good to say about Laurel Glen Apartments. Well....unless you count that I am so thankful not to be living there anymore!!!

The moment I saw that JCM Partners manages this place, it is no wonder that everyone hates this place. I lived at a complex in Sacramento managed by JCM Partners. The place was horrible, management was a bunch of morons. I guess they are partial to idiots when it comes to hiring management.
