We lived here for a good while, before we bought a house and had kids.
The apartment grounds are beautifully maintained, but we suspected that they accepted section 8 because of the kind of neighbors we had. Once we had to call the police because a neighbor across the way was THROWING OBJECTS OFF THE BALCONY during a LOUD domestic dispute(even a computer monitor). It was not the first argument, or the only neighbors who would do this.

Since there was no place for children to play, they all got together and played outside on some grass in front of our apt, daily, and loudly yelled curse words at each other.

We had a trailer hitch stolen from our truck.
The management wasn't overly warm or extremely helpful or anything, but I didn't have a problem with that. The apt. was pretty clean, and I can't remember whether we got our deposit back or not, which means we probably got most of it back.

I don't recall needing to call maintenance during our stay there.
