I have lived at these apartments for over a year and a half or so, it's a very quiet and beautifully landscaped place to live. I had no issues with living there, other than regular maintinance, until it came time to move out. I left my apartment in perfect condition, and yet, I feel like I'm being cheated out of my security deposit. The Manager went over the things that they were going to charge me for, some were fine and reasonable. Here's a list of charges to look out for when you leave...

Mandatory charges that get deducted from your deposit (no matter what) after you move out...

$140 (cleaning company that cleans the apartment-depending on your apartment size)
$80 (carpet cleaning-even if its in perfect condition)
$40 (pressure wash the patio)
$10 (drip pans for the stove)
$40 (spot painting)
$10 (broiler pan-for the oven)

Total: $320 (approx)

So if you are thinking about moving here, PLEASE READ the 16 page Lease Agreement before signing ANYTHING!!!!!
