The other review is spot on about the office staff.

They are a little air headed, but hey its California I am just happy they speak English.

I have not had a problem with the maintenance staff they were prompt (3-4 days to replace light fixture).

People that expect things faster than that shouldn't live an apartment.

Yes these units are new which leads me to complaint #1 - I have an real problem with brand new building that when the windows are closed the blinds move as if the windows are open.

Seeing daylight through the front door jam is not an attractive feature either.

Glad to know where all my A/C is going.

Complaint #2 - I also have a problem with the parking, the complex gives you 1 covered space, YAY right'!' Wrong, what good is a covered space to protect your vehicle from the elements when the sprinklers shower your vehicle everyday.

Thus leaving hard water marks on your vehicle and requiring you to get it detailed(and re-detailed every month).

Their answer is paying an extra 100 a month for a garage however they have none available.

There is plenty of guest spaces but rest assured your guest or second vehicle will not be safe from the clear coat eating showers.

The place is beautiful but like my mom always said looks can be deceiving.

Its not bad but not great either.

And frankly for the money I expected a little bit more.
