I lived at Paseo Villas for a year and really enjoyed it. I read the other reviews and felt I needed to share my thoughts on this property. I had a townhome that overlooked the pool. At first I was back and forth on the idea living so close to the pool but the security guard did a good job of keeping people out past 10pm. The grounds were always clean, staff (especially manager)was friendly and helpful, and maintenance was more prompt than any other complex I have lived at. Yes, there were some issues with the front door being drafty or the AC not working but what needs to be understood is it was a new property, there will be gliches. Also, if you are nice to the staff, they will be nice in return. My mother always told me to treat others how you want to be treated. You dont get far being RUDE. One thing I was really fond of: Community Functions! They threw monthly functions such as potlucks and a "housewarming" for the new tenants. I even won a portable stereo! Over all, my experience was great and if I had not bought a house, I would probably still be there. I highly recommend Paseo Villas to future tenants.
