Sandpiper Village

The way to live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/18/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I have lived at Sandpiper Village for 2 years and I love the place. Everytime a make a call to get something fix in my apartment it gets done that same day. The office staff is very friendly when I go in there or make a call to them. Recently the community has done events for all of us which included face painting,music,BBQ,jumpy house all for the kids and adults. I have lived at 3 aparment communities in Manteca and Sandpiper is the place to live. I feel like they do alot for us the residents. Inside the units you get painted walls and they are large.
