its slowly turning ghetto not really bad yet but lately i see tagging from what looks like east oakland & other bay area/stockton drug dealers writing up their old hoods and r.i.p. whoever this and that deep east homicide boyz, sobrante park 4 way mob & walnut street are the latest how ever maintnence does tend to paint over it qucik though so thats a plus i guess but there are always apartments & cars getting broken into theres always dopefiends coming through at night stealing stuff breaking into cars & apartments tryin to get a dolla ive noticed alot more police mostly task force cops patrolling at night and drug dealers dont even get me started they are all moving in maybe somebody that doesnt be outside at night wouldnt know but ive seen like 10 of them at one time standing in the park smoking weed & drinking liquor and popping pills its not everynight but its happening i also see this 1 guy when im coming home alot i know from the apartments standing across the street from the inshape almost everynight at the early am hours leaning into cars standing there for hours doing hand to hands with people its not as bad as some of the places ive lived though..stockton, east palo alto, oakland & hayward but its without a doubt getting that way. the staff are rude and the maintnence sucks once he had to come fix my a/c like 20 times in 1 summer old appliances that dont half way work oh yeah parking sucks to sometimes people park in my personall parking space and they dont even get towed also people are sometimes loud as hell at night cars coming thru with heavy bass people yelling all through the night its still kind of a nice place to live ive only heard gunshots once and it was only 3 or 4 and the apartments are nice inside for the price just dont expect everything to be as perfect as it seems at first ps dont expect the gates to be a locked community either the youngstas and the drug dealers tend to use paper in the lock so when they gates close they wont be locked and all you have to do is push it open probrably so their customers can come and go as they please
