I am a current resident of Sandpiper Village Apts, and have found the experience to be fine. I am fortunate enough to live in a unit with quiet, respectful neighbors. I have experienced very few problems with appliances, and when requesting service on them, repairs have been made quickly. The only problem I have on a regular basis is my assigned parking space being used. Most people have only occupied it temporarily. I must also be lucky enough to be clueless to the "drug deals/dealers" who other residents have complained about.
