Place has changed for the best! - My apartment was very clean when I moved in even the apartments are a bit older. They keep the outsides clean from trash. There are security cameras too!If I need something fixed they come to fix it for me. Someone said there isn't enough parking but I always see a lot of it. Good place Living here is nice, have no qualms. Definitely a decent area all around. Clean. feels really safe. We even like walking to the grocery store and nearby areas. We're quite comfortable. Some great neighbors here, usually it's surprisingly quiet.

Can't sleep at night due to highway noise!!! I wish someone from the admin office has told me about the noise coming from the highway even late night. Since I moved in this place I am unable to sleep at night. Had to take sleeping pills just to get a much deserved rest!!!

9 Great Years Loved living here. Problems were rare and quickly taken care of by very friendly staff. Diverse, friendly population that keeps sensible hours. Relatively quiet. Landscaping and parking are nicely maintained. It was a great place to come home to.

Highly recommend Paseo Villas I have been living in this facility for about 2 years and really enjoy it. The staff at the office are extremely friendly, helpful and take care of business. Every time I have had issues with maintenance, the work gets done quickly and correct the first time.
