Taken over by Archstone. It is really getting in a very run down condition. Used to have 'fair' maintenance, but its gotten much worse since they took over. I've lived here for over 20 yrs, so I'm not a new tenent.
They are booting old tenents out for their 'big' renovation! Boy, I don't know how they're going to be asking premium rent for these cardboard boxes. They should just 'steel ball' the whole place and start over. Walls are like cardboard. No insulation, you can hear 'everything', if you get my drift. Snoring, shouting, couples in bed together, talking, ect. I feel sorry for people that are not on a top floor in the garden units. You get someone heavy-footed on top of you and you feel like your living in a constant earthquake zone! I'm just waiting to get my eviction notice then I'm out of here.
But, boy, all these so called upscale apt buildings are way over rated. This is a good little sight. I suppose if I do my homework I can come up with something decent. And hey, post your review, I'm curious as to what others experiences have been in this old, over rated complex.

They offer to relocate you during the renovation. And if they do evict you, they can.

see, you are just an dumbass. get a clue. I live on property in a nice garden view 2 bedroom and i love it.
