Archstone does not tell the truth about the living conditions and the rent. If you are told one price when they move you out for rennovation they will raise your rent by 70-100%. Then you are really stuck. The elevators rarely work. The grounds are not kept well. The management really does not care about the tenant. The manager Toni will tell you that she is not here to worry about you and she is not here to make everyone happy. Why is she here' For her free rent' The rest of the staff follows her attitude. There is no security guard except for the one they have on now because there is no fire alarms that work. If he happens to be around if there is a fire he will call 911 if not then I guess we will be crispy critters.The gates in the parking structures are always broken.Construction begins at 7 am on saturdays and sundays.You can figure out if you want to live in the Archstone Marina from Hell.
