WHY WOULD ANYONE WANT TO LIVE IN A PLACE THAT IS TRYING IT'S HARDEST TO GET RID OF INSTEAD OF ENCOURAGING PLEOPLE TO STAY.THE BUILDINGS ARE OLD AND NOT KEPT UP.THEY ARE TRYING TO RENOVATE BY EVICTING THE EXISTING TENANTS AND IF THEY WANT TO STAY, THE RENTS ARE RAISED BY 80-100%.ATTITUDES OF THE MANAGEMENT IN THE OFFICE ARE LESS THAN ACCEPTABLE.THE NEW MANAGER SAYS SHE WAS NOT HIRED TO MAKE EVERYONE HAPPY AND YOU MUST DO WHAT YOU MUST DO.IS ARCHSTONE PURPOSELY TRYING TO GET RID OF GOOD TENANTS AND USE THIS PROPERTY AS A TAX LOSS'THEY ARE UNFAIR IN THEIR THINKING AND ARE NOT GIVING PEOPLE WHO HAVE LIVED HERE FOR MANY YEARS A FAIR CHANCE TO REMAIN HERE.THE POOL AND THE EXERCISE ROOM ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR USE.THE NOISE LEVEL IS HIGH AND THEY HAVE NO FIRE ALARMS IN THE GARDEN APTS WHICH ARE FULL OF MOLD.
