If you've read the previous reviews, please don't listen to them. I've been a tenant here for a couple years. Archstone took over in March and boy am I glad they are here to make a difference. We finally have better lighting all around the complex, maintanence request actually get done in a timely matter, and the landscaping has looked its best. The reviews that people are saying about Archstone is not true. The things that the miserable tenants are saying about Archstone are problems that were here way before they took over Kingswood. It isn't fair that they are blaming them for the broken elevators and broken gym equipment...IT WAS BOUGHT BROKEN! You see my point' The people in the office have been kind to me and I know they are nice to other tenants, because I've spoken to a lot of them that don't have anything bad to say about them. I wish these miserable tenants would just stop this nonsense with Archstone.
