Maybe you'll change your opinion when you too receive an illegally served eviction notice.Im not going to go into great detail but the people at archstone are generally all conmen. They expect you to either relocate while they demolish your apt and if you dont fancy doing that you can move out, what a high level of customer service huh! No intentions of satisfying current tenants who are cooperative in their ridiculous offers. Not only are they messing kingswood tenants around, they are still renting out to the public who know nothing of what is really going on here! They sign you up month to month then a few weeks later serve you an eviction notice after telling you your building will not be undergoing renovation under 6/8 months later and this is for new tenants, ive been here a while so my situation is slightly different to new unsuspecting tenants, lets just say ive been and continue to be suitably shafted by this bunch of monkies, after obliging them in their ridiculous and totally negligent relocation demands. When you work hard to live in a nice neighbourhood like marina del rey, you expect nice grounds, nice facilities and a bit of peace and quiet, if I wanted to be woken up with a high level of noise first thing in the morning id live overlooking the 405! Here you get the pleasure of working hard for a living, paying high rent and waking up to maintenance, drilling, workmen, trees being cut down and dealing with office staff who are all as bad as each other, incompetent, stretch the truth, all i can say is it takes a certain type of person to work for a company like this, I wonder if being a good liar and making tenants and the unsuspecting apt seekers lives hell is part of the job description when applying. And what kind of apartment complex advertises move in straightaway and a $0 Deposit, wake up and smell the coffee people! Do not even entertain this bunch of inhumane *******'s

They are only trying to improve on the building and your living experience. So there are some bumps along the way, deal with it. And, if you refuse to move out so they can redo the place, then they have the right to make you leave...it is legal, whether you like it or not. Besides the fact, this place was just pruchased by Archstone, give them time to make this place better. You are bad mouthing them for trying to improve the place, have a little common sense.
