I have lived at Archstone Marina del Rey for some time now. You should have seen this place before archstone took over..It was a death trp..lights out, buldings literally falling apart, gym in bad shape, horrible management..blah..blah. Granted, Archstone is making improvements to the community and this does cause construction and variable inconveniences. Archstone is not evicting people. They are moving people to complete the renovations of the apartments. I urge you to take a tour of this community and see the brand new 24 hour fitness center..it is perfect, the gorgeous new pool and spa with a waterfall and fire place...the list goes on and on..and as far as all these noise compaints, etc go...it is an apartment.....they are not soundproof...there will be some noise..i hear some too but it is not nearly at an excessive level..I highly recommend this apartment to you..you will love your apartment and the location!
