Since Archstone has taken over there are all new appliances, new pipes, new walls, new everything! This place has improved dramatically. Yeah, there is an increase in rent, but look around people...its the same, or cheaper then everywhere else in the marina! If there is something wrong with your new apartment, the new maintenance team is better, the staff is better, everything is better!! These people that complained just didn't stay to experience. Yes, they asked you to move, its their right, they also offered to put you up in a different apartment! Archstone Rocks.
