I moved in about 2 months ago. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I was even given the oportunity of having my apartment painted a certain color (for a small cost) which I took advantage of. Parking is close, as close as parking can be in such a large set of buildings. Everytime I've requested something, it was taken care of that same day. Walls are a little thin, I can hear when my neighbor turns on his shower but only if I'm standing in my shower. I cannot hear phones ringing or people speaking. I only hear people speaking outside when my windows are open (and that has not happened often). I think the rent is super fair. The building is greatly renovated and I have my own washer and dryer. If my rent goes up a few hundred next year, I would still pay because I can afford too. And frankly I don't mind the fact that people who cannot pay (mostly those that have bred 2 or 3 times and still live in a 2 bedroom) will be moving out.
The gym has brand new equipment as does the business center. My only coplaint is that breeders use the pool way too much over the weekend and look at you nasty when you want to lay face down and undo your top by the pool. But you can always walk to the beach (10 minute walk tops!) to avoid them.
