I Live Here And I'm Glad I Do

Lived here for 6 months and, whilst we have some complaints, I don't recognise the negative descriptions posted below. Also, you might notice that a lot of the negative comments were written on the same day and are pretty much all anonymous.
Renovation work is pretty much complete. Gym looks great, pool (on the small side) and tennis courts too. There were lots of interruptions to the water during the renovations and the noise usually started at 7.30 am. Given the high rates, I can understand why tenants would be upset. Landscaping is very appealing though.
Car parking is plentiful (assigned spaces) and none of the garages are big enough for anyone to claim they have to hike.
We can hear next door but usually only if our window and their window is open. To my knowledge, the elevators have only ever stopped during a power outage.
Don't have a dog, but the complex appears to be very popular with dog owners so that would suggest they are doing something right.
Staff turnover in the office does happen but we feel we have been well looked after. They are a touch trigger happy with leaving notes on the door, but we do get regular communication so better that than none at all.
I'd recommend the site, the views over the ocean, the mountains etc but I am not sure they offer great value for money based on what our apartment costs. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
