Sorry but i used to live here for several years,but moved out due to the fact that Archstone has not followed any of its promises. The average stay for tenants after Archstone took over during the time i was a tenant was about 1 year or less. Never im my life and i have lived in many apartments in my life time have seem such a LARGE Turnover rate. From what i heard that they hired a private parking company that actually boots and tickets and or tows your guest even if its your own Mother. Its absurd! Everyone that lives at Archstone seems to hate each other for some reason,Things are constantly stolen there and no know seems to care,Now know one would ever know any of this prior to moving in,until its too late. Lets put it this way,its worst then it sounds.
