good price for the location, office people are pain in the a**

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003
 
You can actually walk to places from here (e.g. restaurants, Venice Beach) which is rare in L.A. Price is less than all the other big apt. complexes in the area. It is hard to get repairs done unless they are emergency
