Great Location, Lazy Office People

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003
 
The apartments are located in the best area, 10 minutes walk to the beach. The neighbors are pigs, leave trash everywhere. The office people are not helpful at all and give you the run around. If you have any sort of problems, only talk to Peggy, she is the manager, everyone else is powerless.
