Kingswood Village is now an Archstone-Smith property. The "new" company is going through this entire renovation and is kicking out all its current residents (by building) over the next year to renovate. Although they're making huge improvements, their increase in rent hardly makes it worth it. This place used to be the best value in the Marina, but by 2005 rents will be sky high.
