The Archstone Corporation has lied to the tenants about their intentions for Kingswood Village. We all were assured that the renovations would be handeled in a manner respectful to the tenants and it has not been. The place is poorly maintained, the managers are unwilling to repair damages, try to charge the tenants for repairs, lie about their responsibilities. The elevators, washers and dryers, gates to the parking structure, etc. do not work most of the time. The management intends to raise rents for the units by 70-100%. The tenants have filed a Class Action lawsuit against the company. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!

Archstone does not charge for maintenance issues. what did you do? Probably something stupid that damaged the property.
